Review Process
All submitted papers undergo a rigorous evaluation process to ensure they meet the quality and relevance standards set by the Editor. Papers will only be sent to review if the Editor determines that the paper meets the appropriate quality and relevance requirements.
The review process follows a "double-blind" system, where two or more referees assess the papers without knowledge of the authors' identities, and vice versa. Typically, the review process takes between two to four months to complete, allowing thorough examination and consideration of each submission.
Communication regarding rejection, major/minor revisions, or acceptance will be directed to the corresponding authors based on the comments received from the reviewers.
After Acceptance
Those papers that successfully clear the review process and are deemed acceptable for publication in the journal will receive an acceptance email. This email will include the copyright transfer form to be submitted in due time. Only papers with successful copyright transfers will be considered for publication.
NICM Journal of Cooperative and Management reserves the right of making editorial amendments in the final draft of the manuscript to suit the journal’s requirements.
Communication regarding editorial changes and proofs for correction will be sent to the first author unless otherwise indicated.
